In general

When buying products on our website, you as a consumer are covered by the Fjernsalgsloven – Distance (Online) Selling Act, and TEK+ Electronic ApS follows the applicable legislation, after the danish law. If you want to read more about your rights as a consumer, you can fx. seek advice through the Forbrugerrådet Tænk. If you wish to complain about an item, you must first submit your written complaint to info@tek-tools.dk

# 1. Order

When you make a purchase at tek-tools.dk, you accept our general terms of purchase. By accepting these terms, you agree to abide by them in full. You also agree that we process your personal data as set forth below.
Once the order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. In this email there will be a link to our terms of purchase. You will also find our terms of purchase in physical form on the back of the invoice / delivery note that comes with the package. When your order has been processed and the package is on its way, an email will be sent with the order confirmation.

A purchase agreement is entered into when the order confirmation has been sent to you.
The ordered goods remain the property of TEK+ Electronic ApS until they are paid out. Until the ownership is transferred to the customer, the customer undertakes to take care of the products and not change them without TEK+ Electronic ApS written consent. The customer does not own the right to transfer or transfer a right of use for products that are subject to ownership.

# 2. Prices and shipping

The prices at tek-tools.dk are calculated in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include VAT (25%). Any shipping costs and administration fee will be added. The total cost depends on the chosen shipping and payment method. TEK+ Electronic ApS delivers in both Denmark and Nordic (Norway, Sweden). The delivery time is determined by the chosen shipping option and depends on where the package is sent geographically to Denmark or Nordic. Delivery time depends on whether the product is in stock or not. On the product page you will find information about stock status and expected delivery time. Information about PostNord / GLS

PostNord / GLS delivers packages quickly and reliably with Flex Delivery Service in 2-4 working days from shipment.
When you receive your tracking number, you can choose, by accessing PostNord / GLS website or the app where its the case, to have your package delivered to your front door, an optional parcel shop or an alternative delivery address, such as your workplace.

Information about UPS Saver and UPS Saver Express

Orders placed on weekdays before 10:00 are delivered within 48 hours (weekdays) before the end of the day at almost all addresses throughout the country.
UPS delivers the package to the selected address between 08: 00-17: 00 on weekdays. If no one is home on the first delivery attempt, the UPS driver leaves a so-called UPS InfoNotice.

You will find a unique tracking number on the UPS InfoNotice message. You can use this number to book a delivery where you can receive your package.
The UPS service includes the driver trying to deliver your package three times. If UPS fails with all three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to the nearest UPS office, where it will be available for five working days before being returned to TEK+ Electronic ApS.

Shipping costs:
In concordance with the volume (Kg) and the prices provided by our shipment companies.

There is an additional fee of 199 DKK incl. VAT on products that exceed the standard dimensions (f2x. EUR pallet). If the product cannot be delivered within the agreed time, the customer will be notified of a new delivery date via e-mail. If the delivery time is of crucial importance, you as a customer have the right to cancel the purchase.

Sold out items or items in backorder

In the event of any items in backorder or delay of the item, you will be informed via email and have the right to cancel the purchase at no cost. If the order has not yet been processed, you will also be able to change the choice of delivery method (possibly at extra cost). We make reservations for sold out items, incorrectly stated expected delivery date and price errors.

# 3. Payment terms

As a customer, you should be aware that a purchase at tek-tools.dk involves a payment responsibility.

Card payment

You can pay with VISA, MasterCard, Dankort, Mobilepay. If you choose to pay with a debit / credit card, we need your card information. The amount is reserved at the time of purchase and will be debited when the package is shipped from our warehouse. Please note that we do not store card information, and for your next order you must enter your card information.The name of the payment card and the billing address must match. For your own safety, we ask you not to send us your card details if you order by email. If you want to pay by card, please order online.

# 4. Return policy

As a consumer and company, you always have a 14 day right of withdrawal with us. These are more generous conditions than those prescribed in the Consumer Contracts Act. The deadline applies from the day you receive the item. If you have ordered several different products in the same order which are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last product. In the case of framework agreements with regular delivery of products over a certain period, the right of withdrawal expires 14 days after the day you received the first item.

You do not have to state a specific reason for the return, but if the product has been used in addition to what can be considered reasonable in terms of checking the product’s functionality, there will be an impairment. This impairment is deducted from the amount repaid to you as a customer.

Undoing part of the purchase

If you have purchased several products from us, you have the option of returning one or more products, even if they were purchased in one order. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.

We recommend that you follow the steps below to simplify the return process:

Return within 14 days.

Put the product back in the original packaging including all accessories.
Use a return form that we provide and tick if you want a new product or your money back and remember to put it in the package when it is filled out. A properly completed return form send it via our e-mail address info@tek-tools.dk simplifies handling and makes the return process much faster.

Once we have received your returned item, we will make a refund of the purchase price within 30 days. We refund the amount that you as a customer have paid for the item (however, an installment corresponding to the impairment may be deducted). We will also refund the shipping costs if the entire order is returned.

The refund is made via the same payment method as in the case of purchase. If for any reason we are unable to refund via the original payment method, please contact us with your account information.

We may withhold payment until we have received the product unless you provide proof of return.

NOTE! We do not accept packages sent by post, cash on delivery or by registered mail.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

– The right of withdrawal does not apply to a service that has been started with the consumer’s consent during the return period.

– The right of withdrawal does not apply to the package has been broken.

– The right of withdrawal does not apply to special orders.

# 5. Complain

TEK+ Electronic ApS via our website www.tek-tools.dk provides a 24 months guaranty to all our products, right of complaint in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, on production defects that are found during the normal use of the product.

The right of complaint does not cover defects, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused as a result of incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized interventions.

Complaints about errors and defects must be sende it om writing using our email address info@tek-tools.dk within a reasonable time after the error or defect has been discovered or should have been discovered.

In connection with complaint cases, www.tek-tools.dk return costs to a reasonable extend.

Return items, please send in advance en email with item information, your name, telefon number, invoice number and what is wrong with the item.
Items returned with a complaint will be replaced by a new delivery within 7 working days of receipt.

If there is no replacement item, the amount paid will be credited within 30 days on the same bank account from where initially payment was made it.

Refunds are made by a bank transfer to your bank account. If you want that refund to be made to a diffrent bank account, www.tek-tools.dk needs information about the registration number and account number for bank account for this purpose. All this notifications need be be made on writing via our email address: info@tek-tools.dk

# 6. Change and cancellation

Change

You can change your order free of charge if it has not been processed on our website tek- tools.dk, until you receive an order confirmation via e-mail. Contact us as soon as possible at info@tek-tools.dk, as your order will be processed as soon as you complete your order. Once your order has been processed, it is no longer possible to make changes.

Cancellation

If you want to cancel a purchase, you can do so free of charge until the package has left our warehouse, until you receive an order confirmation via e-mail. Contact us as soon as possible at info@tek-tools.dk, as your order will be processed as soon as you complete your order. If your order has already been processed, we refer to the right of withdrawal. As a consumer and company, you always have the opportunity to cancel your purchase within 14 days.

# 7. Transport damage

We encourage you to ensure that your package is undamaged when you receive it. If the package should be damaged, you must either ask the carrier to note the damage upon delivery or refuse to receive the item. Any transport damage must be reported immediately to info@tek-tools.dk.

If you only discover the damage after you have opened the package, you must report the item to info@tek-tools.dk as soon as possible. The damage must be reported within a reasonable time, which is no later than 30 days after the defect is discovered. In special circumstances, the transport damage can be reported later. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in the purchase price not being refunded by TEK+ Electronic ApS.

NOTE! We do not accept packages sent by post or cash on delivery.

If there is a defect in the product for which www.tek-tools.dk is responsible, TEK + Electronic ApS undertakes to rectify the defect by sending a new item or refund the purchase price of the item.

TEK + Electronic ApS liability does not include:

– Faults caused by the customer when using the product with other equipment that affects its function.
– Errors caused by the customer as a result of modifications to the product and which have not occurred in accordance with www.tek-tools.dk instructions.
– Faults caused by the customer if he has used the product in a different way than prescribed in the instructions for use.
– Normal maintenance such as adjustments, normal wear and tear or use.

# 10. Customer account

You must manage your login information (username and password) for your customer account on our website in such a way that it does not come into the possession of others. If you pass on your login information to another person, you give the person permission to order in your name. You will therefore be responsible for his orders. If you suspect that an unauthorized person has access to your login information, it is your responsibility to notify us on info@tek-tools.dk immediately and change your password.

– We register and pass on the personal information that is necessary to be able to deliver the item to you.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.
